To measure the effectiveness of the 2025 Skill Acquisition Training Program, the Nnenna Ugwu Foundation conducted a comprehensive assessment of the participants’ progress in the skills they are currently learning, including garment sewing, gele tying, and makeup artistry.  This evaluation process was designed to measure how well the participants are absorbing the training content, applying their knowledge, and developing proficiency in their respective crafts. By closely monitoring their performance through practical demonstrations, skill-based tasks, and feedback sessions, the foundation aims to ensure that the program is delivering meaningful impact, fostering both technical expertise and confidence.  This ongoing assessment also allows the foundation to tailor instruction to individual needs, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the training and supporting participants’ journey toward professional mastery and economic empowerment.
